Richmond is small community located on Rt. 12, Rt. 31, and Rt. 173, also it lies on the border of Wisconsin and Illinois. Richmond was the first community to do a revitalization program entirely with private funds. All it’s wonderful antique and specialty shops are located in it’s historical village, are all independently own and have unique features to them.
